Olamilekan Ayinla Early Life
The multi-talented actor was born into a deep Islamic family, his father, Muhammad Haashim Abdul Maalik is an Islamic cleric (sheikh) and also a Muslim Scholar, while his mother is an Eleha/Noqabi (a Muslim woman who uses a veil).
Lekan Attended a Muslim School Called “Markaz Daru Salam” in Ilorin, Kwara State. He didn’t have any formal education.
Olamilekan Career
Olamilekan Ayinla joined the movie industry over a decade ago through a man called Ologun Eru. His father being a devoted Muslim didn’t support him to participate in acting but he had to continue because of the huge passion he had for acting.
Lekan Started his Acting Profession in 2010. He has Produced More than Four Yoruba Movies including My Journey, Monisola, Black Sheep, Ebi Olorun, and Sometimes in February.
According to him, off-screen he is the complete opposite of the roles such as area boy, armed robber, thug assassin he does play in movies as he is a devoted Muslim and doesn’t joke with his 5 daily prayers.
