Ayo was born ad grew up in the Orile Agege area of Lagos into the family of Mr and Mrs Olaiya. He is the third child in a family of five.

He produced the movie “Wura Mi” and had also starred in numerous movies such as The Target, Above Rubies, Eyan Kan, Olowogbogboro, Exchange, and so on.
