Yomi King popularly knowns as Opebe is a Nigerian comic actor and movie producer born in the 1960s in Ogun State., Southwestern part of Nigeria.

Yomi King was named ‘Opebe’ by Baba Suwe. He has a very cordial relationship with the veteran Baba Suwe. To him, Baba Suwe is like a brother, a father and family to him.

He began acting in 1979 at 18 at a very young age and became famous with a TV commercial programme called Erinkeke in 1987, on popular channel 8. He was picked alongside Baba Suwe for the Erinkeke programme.
