Saheed Osupa was born in the Mosafejo area of Ajegunle, Lagos State but grew up as a child in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State.
his father is late Moshood Ajiwere Layeye who was a Wéré music artist. His father Moshhod was an elder cousin of Fuji musician Ayinde Barrister, who passed away on the 6th of December, 2010.
