Miracle Igbokwe, a former Nigerian Reality TV star, has earned his graduation with distinction from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida, USA.
Big Brother Naija, a Nigerian reality competition, places contestants in an isolated house where they vie for a large cash prize and other material rewards by avoiding eviction, as viewers vote for their favourite housemates to stay.
Miracle, the winner of the 2018 Big Brother Naija ‘Double Wahala’ show, has recently celebrated his academic achievement by sharing a video on his Instagram story of the moment he ascended the stage to receive his certificate. Before joining BBNaija, he was already attending aviation school and promptly returned to complete his training after winning the show.
In a remarkable journey of perseverance and dedication, Miracle obtained his Private Pilot License and Flight Dispatcher License in the United States by July 2018, and by June 2019, he had also achieved his certification as an “Instrument Rated” pilot.

Celebrating his achievements, he expressed his gratitude on Instagram: “A lot of turbulence while en-route but finally landed. ‘Instrument Rated!’ It’s only Your Grace, Lord. Thank You… and to everyone who has supported me thus far, I Appreciate it… GOD Bless.”
The News Agency of Nigeria explains that an Instrument Rating is a crucial qualification allowing pilots with a Private or Commercial Pilot License to fly under Instrument Flight Rules, highlighting the significant step forward in Miracle’s aviation career.
