Temitayo Adeniyi is a popular actress, producer, and entrepreneur who was brought up in Lagos State. She celebrates her birthday every 18th of May. She is an indigenous of Ikere- Ekiti, Ekiti State, southwest of Nigeria.

She attended Martins Nursery and Primary School she got her First School Leaving Certificate. She got her Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) from Government College Ikorodu (GCI), Ikorodu, Lagos State.
Temitayo got her first tertiary education from Yaba College of Technology where she studied Accounting and obtained her Ordinary National Diploma (OND) certificate. She furthered her education at Lagos State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Science (BSc.) degree in Banking and Finance.

She was first featured in a Nollywood movie when she took on a role in the Yoruba movie titled: “Ipinle Ese”. In 2016, Temitayo Adeniyi (Shakyra) wrote and produced her first Yoruba movie with the movie titled: “Shakyra”, directed by film director Abiodun Olanrewaju.
The movie featured notable Yoruba movie superstars like Odunlade Adekola, Olaniyi Afonja (Sanyeri), and Soji Taiwo (Omo Banke).
