Habeeb Okikiola, a.k.a Portable, a controversial singer, was arraigned in Ifo High Court by the Ogun State Police Command on Monday morning, facing six counts related to assault.
According to reports, Portable initially resisted arrest by police officers at his office last Tuesday but was subsequently apprehended on Friday.
The Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, stated on Saturday that Portable faces additional charges beyond those related to resisting arrest and injuring a policeman.
As the legal process unfolds, we will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as they become available.
“He will be charged to court for beating up a guy in Ota, who filed a petition to CP Ogun,” Adejobi tweeted.
