King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal popularly known as KWAM1 is a Fuji singer, he has a son who’s based in the US and he does rap over there.
According to Wikipedia, KWAM1 was born on the 3rd of March 1957 in Lagos Island, Lagos State, Southwestern part of Nigeria.

Farouq Ajobi Ayinde Marshall is the son of Nigerian Fuji Singer, Wasiu Ayine Marshal. He was born on December 2, 1995, in Chicago where he fell in love with poetry and rap.
Although he grew up in Lagos, Nigeria, he currently lives in Chicago. He is a US-Based rapper with a stage name Farook Marshall.
Farouq followed in the footsteps of his father and other siblings who are also into music and are currently doing well in their careers.
