Alhaji Olasunkanmi Wasiu Ayinde Marchal popularly known as KWAM 1 is a Nigerian indigenous Fuji singer and creator born on the 3rd of March, 1957 in Lagos Island, Lagos State.
KWAM 1 is one of the successful singers in Nigeria as he is blessed with fame and wealth over the years since he ventured into music fully in 1975.

The mansion is located on Liworo Avenue in Ijebu Ode, Ogun State. Ijedu Ode is the home town of the popular Fuji singer.
The mansion is very close to the Ijebu-Ode Stadium, later renamed Dipo Dina Stadium sits pretty on 1,800 square metres of choice land.

The mansion is made up of 4 buildings in 1. There is the main house which has about 7 bedrooms which consist of 5 bedrooms upstairs and 2 other rooms downstairs with a dining room and 3 sitting rooms downstairs and 2 upstairs, an 8-room guest house, a state-of-the-art Gym and Studio all-in-one, and an eye-catching Gatehouse.

When He Moved
Wasiu Ayinde moved to his new mansion, his country home in 2018 after he had converted his Lagos home to a mosque to mark his 60th birthday.

You can find many animals, such as goats, gazelle, tortoises, pythons and even a crocodile. Other aminals are parrots, peacocks, cranes, eagles, chickens and ostriches.
