The Yoruba Movie industry is experiencing tremendous growth and maintains diversity nature which makes it open for Yorubas and Non-Yorubas.
It’s one where people of diverse cultures come together to bring entertainment to our TV screens using one language “Yoruba”.
An extraordinary thing to behold in this industry is that all these actors and actresses come from different states and even different cultures to put amazing stories in the Yoruba language.

Mercy Aigbe is an English and Yoruba actress, she is from Edo State, Southsouthern part of Nigeria. She is best known for her Yoruba indigenous movies.
4. Regina Chukwu
Regina Chukwu is another versatile actress in the Yoruba Movie Industry. This widowed mother of two hails from Enugu State, the Southeastern part of Nigeria.
5. Clarion Chukwura
CLariom Chukwura is another Yoruba actress that is not of Yoruba descent. The popular mother of famous Music video director, Clarence Peters is a Veteran in the Movie industry. She is from Anambra State, the Southeastern part of Nigeria.

It would come as a shock to many people that Lizzy as she is fondly called is not even a Nigerian. Liz is originally from Togo.
However, her fluency in the Yoruba language has helped her to create a name for herself in the movie industry.

Nkechi Blessing is another Yoruba actress that is not of Yoruba descent. She is from Anambra State, the Southeastern part of Nigeria.
